TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS
If you are unhappy with your purchase or any other aspect of our company's service, please get in touch in the first instance by telephone and we'll endeavour to sort something out. We like happy customers, and will generally do whatever we can to ensure that is the case!
PRICES
Unless otherwise indicated all prices include VAT at 20%.
Prices are correct at the time of entry, but may change at any time without notice. Please note that in common with many other retailers our internet, shop and show prices are usually different from each other. The only way to secure internet prices for purchases to be collected from the shop is to order online and select 'collect from shop' at checkout.
RETURNS
Most online purchases are protected by the Distance Selling Regulations, which allow you to cancel the purchase within 7 working days after the day you receive the item. The Regulations also provide a period of seven working days after the date of receipt within which the consumer can cancel the contract (often referred to as the "cooling off" period) and get their money back.
Returned goods – any goods purchased from our standard stock range, which are in new, unused condition and have all their original packaging, can be returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or credit of the original purchase price in full. In these circumstances the cost of returning goods is the customer’s responsibility. In any case where goods are returned for any reason, and Classic Oils agrees to issue a refund, Classic Oils' liability is limited to the original purchase price of the goods.
Where the goods are being returned because they are damaged or faulty, incorrect goods or because of unsuitable substitution by us, we will meet the cost of return but we ask that you allow us to nominate the carrier. In all circumstances, customers must contact Classic Oils to arrange for goods to be returned.
To get a general idea of the laws governing distance sales, we recommend that you review BIS’s summary of the Regulations.
