HOW TO ORDER FROM CLASSIC OILS

Overview
You can order on this website or by telephone on 01296-488927.  Out of office hours there is an answerphone and we will respond to all messages on the next working day following your call. 

Shipping Options
If you order online, shipping is calculated on the total weight of the purchase, so you will find that the system automatically adds up the weight of every item in the order and calculates the appropriate shipping options and costs.  Our preferred courier is UPS, as we have found that they are fast and reliable.  All shipments are fully insured.  Guaranteed Next Working Day delivery is also available up to 40kg, with a 3pm order cut-off.  If you require next day delivery, please call after you have placed your order to ensure we action it in time.  Geographical restrictions apply on the next day service, which we will explain when you call.

Saturday delivery is also possible on a next-day basis, again please call for details.

For lighter items, there will be an option to select 1st class post, and there is always the option to collect from the shop or a show at no additional charge.  If you choose to collect from the shop, please call first to verify that we have stock - we are a busy shop and stock levels do fluctuate, especially during the summer show season.

Shipping Limitations
Please note that normal shipping charges quoted on the site are for British mainland, non-Highland/Island/Northern Ireland destinations.  The Highland & Island shipping option must be selected for the following postcodes:

Personal Collection
Of course you are always welcome to either pop into our shop, or arrange to meet us at one of the 30-odd shows we exhibit at annually - just call in advance to make sure that our plans haven't changed at short notice, or to let us know if you would like us to bring specific products to the show for you.  This is an excellent way of avoiding carriage charges.

We accept cash, card and cheque payments in the shop and at shows, where we have a mobile card terminal.
