It is difficult to size overall, because with overalls the wearer's height and build are inter-related. This is the table provided by Dickies:

In our opinion these guidelines are for people of average build; people slimmer than average people of their height should go up at least one size to ensure the limb lengths are adequate for their needs. Generally, overalls that are too small are unwearable, so it is always safer to err on the large size!
